Lost Labyrinth is a one-page tabletop RPG where players explore a legendary maze that feeds on Life, Sanity, and Memory.

Each round presents players with difficult choices: manage resources, trade items, and decide whether to cooperate or betray others. Different roles have conflicting victory conditions, meaning survival does not look the same for everyone.

The game focuses on tension, uncertainty, and social negotiation rather than balance or optimisation.

How to Play:

• Players take on different roles with unique victory conditions.

• Each round, players draw Scenario Cards and choose one path forward.

• Resources (Life, Sanity, Memory) are gained and lost through scenes, items, and curses.

• Players may trade items, resources, or curses.

• The game ends after three deck cycles, followed by victory settlement.
